Our consumer database currently contains demographic and participation information on 125,000+ Chicago area residents. The Executive and Health Care databases contain 3,000+ participants each. These specialized databases allow us to complete projects in a cost effective manner. We refresh our consumer panel with 12,000 new participants each year.
We have been building our internal databases since 1983. With the development of our new proprietary online participant system, we took a giant step forward in sophistication and capability. We now collect registrants on a national basis and will soon be offering recruiting in other major markets.
Our new online database keeps participant information up-to-date like never before. Participants will have the ability and be encouraged to regularly maintain their profile over the Internet.
In addition to database recruiting, we are highly capable and experienced working from client or random sample. We understand the sensitive nature of client lists and handle them with the utmost security and confidentiality.
We are also experienced at on-site intercept recruitment. This methodology makes sense for low incidence studies when a location with a high concentration of qualified participants can be identified and accessed. Typically, this works for boutique retail stores and business conferences or trade shows.
