Trademark Protection

You or your client have worked hard to build a brand and it needs to be protected from unscrupulous imitators. We can help provide the proof needed to enforce actions against these brand squatters. Our expert, James T. Berger, wrote the book on these types of cases. During your free consultation we will determine what research is needed; likelihood of confusion, secondary meanings, trade dress, dilution, or distinctiveness.

Pretest Your Trial Strategy

Let’s face it. Litigating cases are expensive. But getting it wrong costs even more. What better way to test your arguments than with a mock jury? You can run 2-4 groups of jurors at one time and learn what worked and what didn’t. You even have the chance for a do over, something neither a judge or jury will give you. We can help make your next case a win with quality recruiting, the right facility, and mock jury experts.

Have an advertising claim to make or dispute?

A key competitor claims their product tastes better or performs better. You can’t just sit there, you must act! You can force them to stop their claim, perhaps even be awarded damages. But you need proof. That is where we can help.  We have conducted numerous claims substantiation projects.
