Phone Center Team Lead - Days

Manage a team of telephone 8-12 telephone interviewers in a fast paced recruiting center. Your team is responsible for recruiting research participants for 8-12 projects at a time and completing them on time and under budget. Must be capable of juggling many responsibilities while maintaining accuracy at every step. Additionally you will be responsible of using creativity and the Internet to source leads for interviewers. Responsibilities include editing interviewer work, maintaining strict quota controls and deploying and motivating staff for maximum productivity. Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and the Internet required.
