Phone Center Team Lead - Evening & Weekend

Manage a team of telephone 12-15 telephone interviewers in a fast paced recruiting center. Your team is responsible for recruiting research participants for 8-12 projects at a time and completing them on time and under budget. Must be capable of juggling many responsibilities while maintaining accuracy at every step. Responsibilities include editing interviewer work, maintaining strict quota controls and deploying and motivating staff for maximum productivity. Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and the Internet required.
