Our Qualitative Assistants (QA's) earn rave reviews from client after client. It's because they know how vital their role is to the moderator and visitors. It is also because we train them well.

 

Two Are Better Than One

Another reason our QA's are able to provide great serivce is because we generally provide two people to manage the needs of each project rather than expecting one QA to manage 2 or more projects. An extra pair of hands are essential when the QA needs to be doing two things at once, like making copies, and resetting your room between groups.
