RESPONSIVE COMMUNICATION:
We know the importance of timely communication throughout your study. Our Project Managers are always available to communicate with you via telephone or e-mail. The service policies we have developed mandate that clients will never wait on proposals, daily progress reports, or even the return of telephone messages.
OUTSTANDING CLIENT SERVICE:
Our Qualitative Assistants (QA) ring praise time and time again. Each client is assigned a dedicated QA. This person is separate from the person who checks in respondents. If we have more than one client group visiting, then there is a third “shared” QA as well. This level of staffing allows our QA’s to be one step ahead of your needs. It is quite common for clients tell us our QA’s are the best they have ever seen.
ETHICAL RECRUITING:
There is nothing we take more seriously for without proper recruiting all effort is wasted as no findings can be trusted. Why spend thousands and knowingly thought it way or worse unknowingly rely on opinions provided by unqualified or fraudulant recruiting? You can trust us and our Quality Controlled Recruiting process.
We are capable of recruiting from a 6 county region via our in-house phone center with 30 computerized recruiting stations. Our 125,000 person chicago are database services up prequalified prospects for our recruiters to screen. We are adept at recruiting to other facilites or meeting sites and are experienced at recruiting groups in excess of 300 persons. We are also comfortable working from client lists.

The number one choice for a facility near O'Hare Airport in Chicago. We “set the standard” for facility design. Our 4 suites and IDI rooms are designed to enhance the entire focus group experience by providing privacy, superior comfort and leading technologies such as Digital Audio Delivery.
Privacy - We offer the maximum in privacy. Respondents have separate waiting rooms that allow you and your clients the ease of movement throughout our office without being seen or heard by respondents. Our layout also provides privacy from other research projects and clients. In addition, each of our focus rooms have floor to ceiling mirrors with a second pane of sound insulating glass so clients observing can have the freedom to speak freely.
Comfort – Each and every room has its own heating and air conditioning system which we will set to your comfort level. Observation rooms are spacious and luxurious. Most rooms include tiered viewing, a couch and unique productivity seating called ToDo Chairs.
Focus rooms are well appointed with a convenience bar, well equipped office supply drawer, sound deadened tack friendly walls and concept rails.
While you are visiting, we understand that you need to stay in touch with your office, clients and family, so we provide personal office space to do business. Adjacent to the observation rooms we have private offices accommodating you with phones, Internet access and power.
Flexibility – Multi-Purpose Room - Our multi-purpose room adjacent to our commercial test kitchen provides the ideal setting for those unique projects that require more space. This room is indispensable, seating as many as 50 with wrap around viewing for 25. Bring in your appliance client, a jury study, audience study or the most demanding taste test and see this room shine.

Every room has wired and wireless high speed (Full T1) Internet access, volume controls for the sound system, and multi-camera remotely-controlled video systems.
For added support, guest computers are conveniently located for each suite. They are equipped with Microsoft Office Suite and are connected to both monochrome and color laser printers.
You also have an LCD projector, 50 inch plasma TV monitor, DVD and 1/2" (VHS) video players and recorders, audio players, overhead or slide projectors, easels, and several high speed copiers and fax machines.
Video Conferenceing - We also offer two types of video conferenceing services. You can choose FocusVision or ActiveGroup video streaming over the web, which can be viewed from anywhere with high speed internet access. Or you can choose point to point (two way) video conferenceing from our office to your video conference suite or public room. It is 100% compatible with all dial up video conferencing systems.
FOOD SERVICE:
We searched Chicago to bring you the very best quality and variety in our catering services. Our goal is to serve food that makes you want to return, just like your favorite restaurant. If you would like anything not on our regular menu, we'll be happy to accommodate your desire.
Meal services are adeptly handled without disruption in our food service lounge. The lounge is equipped with a LCD closed circuit TV so you don’t miss anything during buffet breaks. It also has a fully stocked mini-fridge and a microwave oven.
