Our location allows us to reach people of all income levels. With nearby train and bus transportation, we can draw low-income consumers from the inner city. The intersection of the major thoroughfares of I294 and I90 bring us middle and upper income households.
MEDICAL WORK
When it comes to medical research there is no need to head to the city. Our O’Hare location is never a problem for downtown medical professionals and it draws from many major suburban hospitals that the city locations cannot. For example, many doctors from Highland Park, Lutheran General, Resurrection, Rush North Shore, St Frances, and Evanston hospitals are reluctant to travel to a Michigan avenue address. Coming to our O’Hare location with its free parking is not problem for them.
ENTERTAINMENT
Being in Des Plaines with our next-door neighbor Rosemont, there are dozens of hotels and fine dining venues within close proximity. Des Plaines was recently award Illinois’ last gaming license, which means there will soon be a casino offering after work entertainment. Convenient shopping is available at Woodfield Mall, one of Chicago’s largest and most popular indoor shopping centers.
