Database Recruitment
Our consumer database currently contains demographic and participation information on over 70,000 Chicago area residents. The Executive and Medical databases contain over 3,000 participants in each.
These specialized databases allow us to complete projects in a cost effective manner. We refresh our consumer panel with 12,000 new participates each year to keep participants fresh.
We have been building our internal databases since 1983. With the development of our new proprietary online participant system we took a giant step forward in sophistication and capability. We now collect registrants on a national basis and will soon be offering recruiting in other major markets.
New online database will be able to keep participant information up-to-date like never before. Participants will have the ability and be encouraged to regularly maintain their profile over the Internet. Alternative Recruitment
In addition to database recruiting we are equally capable and experienced working from client or random sample. We understand the sensitive nature of client lists and handle them with the utmost security and confidentiality.
We are also experienced at on-site intercept recruitment. This methodology makes sense for low incidence studies when a location with a high concentration of qualified participants can be identified and accessed. Typically this works for boutique retail stores and business conferences or trade shows.
