Precision’s custom-designed commercial test kitchen is ideally located just minutes from O'Hare Airport.

We are Chicago's largest independent commercial test kitchen drawing participants from urban Chicago and its north, northwest and western suburbs.

We are located on the first floor of a high visibility corporate office building. Our suite features direct double-door access for easy delivery to the test kitchen.

Custom-Designed Commercial Test Kitchen:
The dimensions of the commercial test kitchen are 50' x 14'. Adjacent to the test kitchen is a central location testing room, which seats 35 respondents in classroom style and a separate luxury focus group viewing room each perfectly scaled to taste testing food products.

Ultra Sound-Proof:
All rooms are sound-proof so that the hustle and bustle in the test kitchen is never an intrusion on the test subjects in the adjacent rooms.

In-Kitchen Video:
From our commercial test kitchen you can see all the action in the taste testing rooms via our closed-circuit video and sound system. This helps the kitchen staff stay fully informed and on schedule so that product is served at the right time and at the right temperature.

Project Management:
We are experts in project execution. With seasoned project managers and ServSafe certified staff, we accept all challenges with a positive can-do attitude. We frequently identify and correct potential problems in recruiting or administration before they become an issue.

Equipment Needs:
With our sizable refrigeration capacity and in-house commercial and residential-grade cooking equipment you are likely to find what you need. If not, we have access to large array of rental equipment.

Electrical: Precision Research has a total of 400 amps electrical service.
We offer both 120/240 volt and 110/220 volt service with allow us to power both consumer and commercial grade equipment. Precision Research has a total of 400 amps, 3 phase electrical service.
Natural Gas: 4 connection points and over 1 million BTU's of available energy.
Consumer Testing Room:
The test kitchen is connected to a central location testing room that is 29’ x 26’. The testing room can seat 30-45 people for taste tests. The testing room provides observation viewing via a wrap around mirror and accommodates up to 25 clients. All rooms are equipped with wired and wireless T1 access.
