Call Center Supervisor- Evening

This is a work from home position.  Hours are Mon-Fri 3pm-10p and available either Sat or Sun 8:30-3:30 twice a month. Managing project recruitment status. Involves working with our panel to create an online screener survey, selecting people who qualify demographically and managing staff for project execution and completion.  Must have experience recruiting for marketing research projects. Call Center Representative

This is a work from home position.  Conduct telephone outreach to panel members to invite them to paid research projects. Involves asking survey questions to ensure people qualify for the project and are committing to attending. Requires a wired internet connection and a computer with at least a 15” screen. Qualitative Assistant

Attend to in person project needs at our office in Des Plaines, IL. Duties include checking in clients and respondents, general office needs such as making copies, ordering and serving meals and operating audio, video recording equipment and transferring digital files.  Must be able to move quickly, multitask, and lift at least 10 pounds. Intercept Interviewer

Comfortable and experienced in approaching strangers to complete an in-person survey. Locations vary. Could be a retail store, convention center or street interviews. Must be people friendly and willing/able to stand for extended periods of time. Work on an as needed basis. APPLY
